Professional Service Protocol

  1. Prep: Wash with Straightening Care Shampoo. Dry hair to 80%.

  2. Application: Section hair and apply Smoothing Hero Cream with a brush.

  3. Process: Leave for 15–30 minutes depending on hair type.

  4. Protect: Apply Thermo-Protect Elixir and dry completely.

  5. Seal: Flat iron each 1 cm section 5–15 times at 180°C–230°C (355°F–445°F).

  6. Finish: After a 3-minute cool-down, wash with shampoo, apply the Care Mask for 5 minutes, and finish with Perfection Care Oil for maximum shine.
